Hey, and Happy New Year! Yes, I did finally receive that sweatshirt— thank you for asking. It came about a month after I’d ordered it, and 2 weeks later than promised. I will say: the sweatshirt is amazing, and the hand-dyeing is apparent, which adds a nice touch. However, the customer service is for sh*t. My impression is that they’re still figuring out the whole e-retail bit, but that’s something they could’ve included in a response, apology, or addendum to order receipts, instead of creating false expectations. Their Facebook wall is littered with similar complaints. As of December 23rd, it looks like they’re “re-tooling” the customer service area. Probably shoulda thought of that before launching. Still, their clothes and goods are worth checking out and thankfully, there are other stockists (e.g. Urban Outfitters, 80s Purple) out there, so you don’t have to order directly from their website.
